IT Service Desk Manager

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to join our team at LabX Media Group to oversee and manage our global service desk functions. The successful candidate would help deliver tier 2 application and general support and work with the tier 3 application support team when required. This candidate would be able to escalate support as necessary to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. This candidate would work with an international team consisting of both remote and internal employees. This candidate would also be able to work with external clients and take direct phone conversations with end users. The candidate would be empowered to make purchasing decisions and purchasing approvals within budget range.

Email Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our team at Technology Networks to help support the team with tasks, such as management of large-scale HTML deployments, eNewsletter builds and creation of bespoke custom landing pages.

Playing a vital role within the eMarketing team the successful candidate will work with the Team Leader and eMarketing team, to ensure each program is fulfilled & pay per lead programs reach target goals. This individual will also work with the sales team on producing high-quality and engaging promotions for customer offers and working closely with third-party customers to produce HTML emails.

The Email Marketing Executive will use Hubspot’s reporting tools to guide improvements for customers and other departments within Technology Networks.
