Temperature Control Technology For Thermal Cycling
Temperature, ramp rate and hold time are the critical parameters controlled by a thermal cycler for a successful PCR reaction, so a poor thermal cycler can negatively affect the quality of your research. Gradient temperature control is a feature that could help the user conduct PCR optimization experiments in the fewest attempts possible, however a true linear gradient is not achievable because of heat interactions between the high and low temperature set at each end of the homogeneous metal block.

- Accurately determine the optimal annealing temperature to help eliminate guesswork
- Save time by running multiple reactions with different annealing temperatures in a single PCR run
- Incubate samples with multiple incubation temperatures
