Guidelines for Harmonisation, Standardisation and Validation of Molecular Methods in Food Microbiology
Harmonization describes a process of synchronising various test strategies and protocols. With so many different methods and testing procedures in the published literature, it can be a daunting process to choose the most appropriate method for certain food microbiology analysis requirements. This presentation will highlight the processes involved in harmonising and standardising a method, using well founded principles and case studies.
